  Had to meet people there for business. Staff was friendly and helpful. Only had a soda, while the other people stayed to eat. Went to pay for the soda, but the waitress say not worry about it. That was nice.

  We went here since the main reason to stop in town(Lambert's) was absolutely packed and we weren't able to just wait around. A full hour and half to eat and leave at lunch, with a fairly empty dining area and a decent number of staff. Our waitress was not very attentive, and almost but not quite rude. A very subpar visit for Ruby Tuesday's. Good was adequate but nothing to write home about. We could have well stayed at Lambert's, had a better time, better meal, and probably spent just as much time in town.

  Bad food, bad service.
  We had to get our own silverware. My wife had to ask them to restock the salad bar. It didn't even have lettuce. We had to ask for napkins twice.
  The food was poor. Our kid ate her broccoli and not her Pizza. And said the broccoli was not good but it was better than the pizza. My wife's chicken pasta was awful. I had the appetizer sampler. It was ok but nothing special.
  One appetizer, one meal, and one kids meal. No alcohol just tea and coke. All was $45.00 well NOT worth it.

  I really cannot understand this restaurant. No fault of the staff...the servers and hostess was awesome. Went above and beyond to make us satisfied! But, upper level management must be gl dry confused. Average meal price is $14 or so, yet the place smells like the back alley, wreaks of humidity, and offers 'average' food. Ruby Tuesday needs to decide who it is...upscale or casual. If upscale, then make your dining environment consistent and upscale. If casual, for heavens sake reduce your menu prices.
